Having to prove that the proposed changes would be improvements is like having to prove that a police department would help stop crime. For example, if you had IP bans in a chat, obviously there would be less retarded chatting.

Although some of the things you said do make sense, I disagree with the idea of IP banning. Not everyone out there is as fortunate as we are. Not everyone has one single computer all to themselves. If the IP of one public computer was banned, other people who DIDN'T spam in the first place wouldn't be able to access the forums. It's not fair to them. Also, if you banned someone's IP, they could simply find a different computer, register for an account there, and start spamming again. IP banning isn't something I find affective *because I too have been administrator of a few forums, but nothing as impressive as Aperson* if people continue making accounts just for the purpose of spamming, simply ban then. I find that it's worth the time to ban only accounts, because it's not worth the loss of other people not being able to access the site. It simply wouldn't be fair to them.

Am I the only one who supports Moogy and Privateer? These forums do need stricter modding so they don't turn into utter crapfests. Posts need to be moved, locked, and deleted way more often.

Honestly, I think there should just be more mods.. I think Arch0wl would be the best mod.. plus, he's start to act a little nicer.

Now what might work is making everyone on the poll here a mod. With four new mods that have been elected from all of the FFR forums the forums would probably become much better very fast. It could also work as a trial to see who can and can not do a mod job well.

I got a better idea, howabout you just make a weekly poll with the same question, and have a slightly larger list, determined by the current mods themselves.
