I have found a way to play FFR on pad! Well, I was checking around the internet, and on one forum, someone pulled up a program for his game. The game didn't have joystick support, so he pulled up a link for it.
FFR on pad is kind of pointless but.... Resonance and Resonance R2 can be played easily on pad. FFR subtracts your score if you stay on one arrow too long.
The link? Below:
Joy2Key
The website says it all; how to connect, how to set keys, etc... I put an explanation below if you need help.
It's very easy. You simply run the program with your pad connected via PC/MAC USB. Then, set the arrow keys (left, right, up, down) in the proper positions. Nothing needs to be done with your pad. Just set the arrow keys from the keyboard so it connects with the pad. The program simply makes your joystick input into keyboard input.
EXAMPLE:
Joystick Left - Left Arrow Key
If you don't have a pad with a USB cable, then you can't do this. If you have a PS2 to PC or XBOX to PC connector, then it's fine. I just needed to show this because I've been playing on pad for a little while on Flash Flash Revolution. I wasn't sharing it because I wasn't sure if I should post this.
I'm not sure if this belongs in here but..... if it doesn't then please move to the proper section. Sorry if this topic has already been brought up before.
