a variation of 4 finger.

4 finger meaning using your pointer and middle finger of both hands to use 4 fingers on the 4 arrow keys.

spread is using a setup such as zx./ or nm12 or fghj. something using 4 fingers, but not on the 4 arrow keys, so that your hands are so close to gether... they are spread out.
