Check the blanket permission forum. If songs aren't there, then we probably can't use them.

You can upload anything to the Simfile DB, they won't be put into FFR though.

If you want to try and get the song into FFR, here are the artists you are allowed to use.

You can upload anything to the Simfile DB, they won't be put into FFR though.

What if I upload it with its file from Stepmania?

You can upload any simfile to the database for use in StepMania except official DDR/ITG Simfiles, and simfiles that you DID NOT create.

I cannot upload the DDR official simfile of D2R, because they are official steps
I can upload my original simfile of D2R that I created steps to, because I made them myself
I cannot upload Yesssss's Trisection, for it is not a simfile I created
I can upload a Sailor Moon simfile that I made steps to myself in StepMania
