There's a 14th Token? I find this hard to believe seeing as 13 was ONLY JUST released.

It's very possible that it is for attenders. Though I think they should be rewarded in a different way. I'd love to go but my plans were blown, I recently learned of the death of my friends mother and need to be there for her time of need.
The people who do go, need to be rewarded, beyond a shadow of a doubt.
But we need to have a convention in NY or NJ, I'm fairly confident we have a lot of players along the tri-state area let alone the east coast (Jurs, Scottish, wind-scarred, all come to mind.)
