Sorry, need help

I Never posted on this forum before, but could someone tell me how to make a ffr file? like teh song and edit the steps and all that, and could someone else give me a direct link on the forum where I post it to get published. Sorry, I Never POSTED on this forum before so could someone help me out here? I Just wanna post a song and some dance moves and submit it to be on ffr. thanks guys..

but my advice would be to get a few people to test it before submitting it. ANYONE will tell you that you first few attempts at simfile making will be AWFUL. and i'd rather not have my time wasted.
