I think I am doing FFR wrong

I am not sure whether I am doing good at FFR or sucking badly. I use my 2 pointer fingers to hit the keys but this is not proving well for songs like FFR. Help?!

oops.
I am not sure because I have seen many use both their middle and pointer fingers on each hand and excel really well.

Whatever you feel most comfortable with is best I'd say, but generally, those who play with four fingers excel quicker than those who play index (as you do).

See, I have been for a while, but unless I get a busload fo caffeine in my system, the feat of FCing Challenging songs is like, impossible.
Its hard for my fingers.

same as what he said, cia rave used to be INSANE to me, and now i dont even play it because its so easy. to save you trouble in the long run, i would start practicing to play spread. use your left index and middle on the down and left arrows, and your right index and middle on the numberpad 6 and 8. make sure number lock is off.

Just try different ways of playing, I play with one hand (see profile) and I do pretty damn well. If using your pointer fingers isn't going too well, try another way of playing. (see FAQ page) You just gotta find a comfy way to play and practice practice practice! You'll get there soon enough. If you still suck by 2009, I suggest DDR. Suck at that by 2013? Read a book. Lol.
