The max on STV is 28, not 38.
AAA = 1,398,100 points. If you divide by 50,000 and round down, it should be 27, but since 24 is skipped, you get 28.

Not for me. It's so slow and long that it's hard for me to combo. I find Max Forever to be a basically guaranteed 40 credits for me though.
