about hackin and cheatin

i was wondering, one of my friend wich is highly ranked i wont say wich rank he is but hes very good.Since I Took back is video card and all of is ram his computer acts very slow and this makes is FFR be slower too. his songs speed is halven and its not like its laggin its just slow and clean no jumping. since he can play ffr at slowmotion would u guyz call tat cheatin ?

I can't understand what you're saying. If he's using arrow slowdown, that would be cheating.

hes not using arrow slowdown it is not of his doing the fact tat his game is slowmotion. its my fault since i took his computers speed to put it in mine
its a hardware problem so he cant b cheatin hes just playing wit wat hes got no ??

edit: it would be the same thing though, so it would be considered cheating.

thats easy all that needs to be done is just delete the fcs on it with random bad kids who mashed/cheated

and when he fcs something like omw maybe all his scores will get deleted

how can u call cheatin the simple desire of playing his favorite game, but atlast his computer may slow the arrows but he aint got no sound, this shouldnt b cheatin

If he slows down the arrows to improve his score, that is unfair to other players who deserve to get good scores it's cheating.

Yes.

If the arrows go slower than they should be going and the song is not P4U, it is cheating. Period

There are no other exceptions to this whatsoever.
