Background colour

How do I change the background colour on FFR? I've seen in several screenshots that people have changed it to black so, how do I do that? Thanks in advance.

blue is the normal version, black is full screen. Full screen is on the lest menu. alt+f4 to close it.

Mine's weird. On my school computers the normal size background is black, but at my home the background is blue.
