easy enough using:
a. the old siggy, like the one i have. just put in the person's name, it'll tell you their total
b. the top1000 list, assuming everyone is in top1000.

no, it doesn't carry over if you get more than whats needed for the 2 days.

but dont u think there shoudl be some type of elimination every so often if every one keeps makin it to the next round cuz then this thing would go one forever and when does it start

it wouldn't go on forever. once people have to start geting 200 mil in 2 days in sure people will drop. also it starts at when we get 25 people.
