Keyboard issues

I didn't have this problem with my old old old computer but now that I got a brand new one fully equipped with everything you need, I can only press 2 keys that are arrows at the same time, or close to the same time. If I press 3 or more it beeps (my comp) and lags ffr for a half a second, which really gets in the way. When I am playing Strange Program, the arrows are close together so when I'm doing chaos it lags a lot. Is there any way to fix this?

Turn Num Lock off.
