I think I know what he's talking about. Sometimes the game goes a little whack and decides to add its own audio/video lag making it a little weird. To fix it just fail and try again. At least that's what happens to me.

Then try restarting your browser and if that doesn't work the only other thing I can think of is updating your flash player. I can't help anymore after that.
