Those are people who aren't participating the clan war, haku's staying neutral because he's in RF too (like me)

thats the people not participating in the battle against red fraction and haku is a member of both clans so he doesnt want to play on either side.

I wanna join, but I doubt my Avg lvl is good enough. I have a bad habit of whoring the same song for a FC, and then never going back to play songs I could easily AAA. That, and for the past year I dont think I have touched a song below Very Difficult, so all of my old scores from 2 years ago still suck Lol.
