I made a new account and saw this and wanted to know why it isn't showing and how to get it. Please...

To change the colour of your text just use [color="Name of color here"][/color]

I have no idea what you are on about concerning other "stuff", care to be more specific?

by stuff I mean like when you edit your signiture. There is this box that makes things much more easier.

well if you click [go advanced]
all those extra options will be there

it's still not there even after Squeek's link and clicking on go advanced.
It's even on my brother's account whenever he goes to forums.

Unlike some forums, there are no buttons that do stuff for you.
You just need to know the correct vB codes. I'm sure there's a list floating around the internets.

If you go to user cp, then edit options, then scroll all the way down near the bottom to something like miscellaneous options, and change it to enhanced interface, you should get more options in quick replay, and even more than that when you click go advanced.
