I have been able to do songs like breaking the common and one last battle fairly easily... I need a song about the difficulty of the bonus yoshi round in the zelda remix song, but I can't seem to find one just right for me... something a bit harder but something I am still able to read. Any suggestions?

Isn't breaking the common basically the same speed as the bonus on Legend of Zelda, but less erradic?
For me Stalled Out And Sushi Bars was too much of a transition from Breaking the Common. At least IIRC it was.
For me I went from Breaking the Common to the stream sections in Blank Knowing. From there went to Stalled Out and Sushi Bars, then CIA Rave.

Yeah I would say Stalled Out and Sushi Bars is the easiest... hard song (if you would call it out). Also TGWP will help you with reading notes better, and if you FC CIA Rave then you are officially good IMO. But I'm not quiet there yet. Sigh...

The last page/later part of dance 1 has some good songs. I'd suggest playing all the not too difficult songs at least once to see which ones you like.I am the count, because I love to count! Ah Ah Ah Ah AhhhhComment

That's where I go to judge where I'm at and what would be good to move onto after that. Stalled Out and Sushi Bars may still be a bit rough for you. I'd work on some of the trickies. Ingenuity, January's song, and some of the easier difficults possibly.

Ingenuity's not too tough. Stalled Out and Sushi Bar seems almost perfect; maybe just a little too hard but with practice it should be a great challenge.

I think Get Ready to Rokk(misc) is a good stepup song; it's mostly 16th stream, but with a few jumps in there. However, it's only at 100 BPM, so it's relatively easy to keep up with in my opinion.
