Forum suggestions

It's no news the forums and chat have at times been out of hand lately and that's partially the fault of life getting in the way of the mods being able to be here a good amount of time. You may have noticed I've been doing some rearranging and nazi modding but it's just until we can get things organized once again. It's nothing personal - I'm just doing what I was brought here to do.
So, in fairness, what are some things that can be done to restore order or spruce up the forums? Post any suggestions you may have on new content/sections, ban/lock procedures or any other items you can think of. I'll try to use this feedback and common sense to post a set of forum policies and rules since I just recently noticed there aren't any for the forum, just chat.
And don't postwhore or post anything stupid. This is your chance to help us get the forum/chat back on track - be serious.

I think maybe once multiplayer comes out (if it's actually going to come out) the forums will become a little more popular because people will be posting stuff like: "I challenge so-and-so!" and "I beat so-and-so!"

There's this thread to discuss this subject in. I like what Locke101 said though, make all 4 of us mods and the forums would definatly be clean.

I think it would help if there were a forum dedicated to making .dwi files...I was lookin around because I had some questions on parts of the FAQ that were somewhat vague and really found no place where anyone could help me...my questions still remain unanswered...

Well, the simulator files forum is supposed to be for that, but I suppose I'll consider making a seperate forum for dwi help.

And about a forum shop, Synth would have to do that so I'll mention the idea to him. I know Arch already directed this option to our attention so I'll pass it by Synth.

And, yes, I agree we need more mods for both forum and chat. It's another thing I have to pass by Synth though.
