now, if you continually use the same muscle, these tears will get deeper, and will take longer to grow back. You need to stop straining those same FFR muscles for a while until they regain strength.
Tendonitis. I get it when I play guitar for extended periods of time. Take a break from it for a few days. If I hurts when you resume playing, see a doctor.
Obviously you should have beat off a few more times with your right hand to build strength and stamina. I wouldn't take a break, play through it I say.

Simple concept
Yeah......what he said......when these said muscles grow back it is important to keep these muscle long and lean. You don't want all the muscle to build up in one spot. You'll have fast fingers but will have no flexibility. So Stretch.....always. Heres a link with a couple of stretches in it.
