Hello.......FFR people. I have been playing for a couple of months now and I noticed.....I haven't peaked yet. I thought I did about a month ago....but that was just a lack of playing. I play one handed 3 finger and I'm now in the top 1000. *500 is next* Is this an odd thing or are there others out there who continue to advance with such a primitive technique as the 3 finger. If there is Speak up.....let us.....me here of your climb to the top and let me know that there is a gleam of hope for us one handed people......with suck ass keyboards that like to beep at us.
Peak?

Re: Peak?
Sorry to inform you, but that rank is purely based on grand total score, and is not based on skill. Being in the top 1000 does not necessarily mean you are good.
Edit: since it isn't skill-based, any player with any style could eventually reach a rank of 1 if they played enough.

Oh, the pain...
Though small, there is a gleam of hope for one-handers. Just look at Manti. Then again, he's switching over to the dark side...: PComment

Re: Peak?
Hai.
Sig has all the info you need
also I'd still be playing one-and three fingers if my KB's up arrow hadn't broke =/
My kb never beeped, but it didnt register more than 2 arrows at once.AAA's = 800

Re: Peak?
you will peak relatively soon if you just play one handed. even if there is almost no limit on how fast you can read the notes, three fingers can only move around on four keys only so fast. but two handed spread though, you won't peak for a long time. my improvement has almost been exponential in the past few months after switching to spread from index. try to get a good keyboard; keep practicing, above all ^__^.Comment

Re: Peak?
I don't understand why one handers have to peak. I can play really fast I just can't read the notes yet.Comment

Re: Peak?
To be completley honest I still hadn't peaked yet when I was forced to switch. I was getting real close to FC'ing songs like Wish, Delirium and Get down (1 miss on all three). I was coming real close to getting a 900+ cbo on gradeus too. Things happen though.AAA's = 800

Re: Peak?
So are you something I should aspire to or what? And what kind of keyboard did you use?Comment

Re: Peak?
If you want to be real good one-handed you can start by trying to be me I guess. I was always inspired by Yessssss.
Also I just used the basic KB that came with my Dell Inspiron 6100. If your determined to get good one-handed, try to get a KB with flat keys. They allow your fingers to slide around which is great for songs where you can't get clear keytaps.AAA's = 800
