Not really. I found it in an old thread which has been around for ages and has never been edited.

Talking about Skill Tokens is fine. Talking about locations of Forum Tokens is not fine.

I don't know about the easier songs you have before these but lemme take a stab at these:

Token 57 - Binary Rendezvous ()
Get a Full Combo on Ruins with under 10 boos to unlock Binary Rendezvous

Token 6: The purple finger token ()
- Unlocks "Unknown Girl"
- Requirement: Get 40 credits on any 1 song

Token 39 - {Satori} v2 ()
Get less than 5 boos and 0 averages while passing Satori to unlock Satori v2

Token 65 - Prelude to Rites ()
Get a combo of 250+ on Evil Approaches with 20 or less boos and 600+ perfects to unlock Prelude to Rites

Token 2: The blue finger token ()
- Unlocks "Dazzling Destiny"
- Requirement: FC Dazzling Soul

Token 99 - Minute Waltz v2 ()
Pass One Minute Waltz with under 100 boos to unlock Minute Waltz v2


Token 3: The green finger token ()
- Unlocks "Hellbeat V2"
- Requirement: Hellbeat, 200+ combo, 10 or less misses/boos.

Token 42 - Color of Giggles ()
Get a combo greater than 5x your goods, averages, misses, and boos combined on Vertex BETA, and pass, to unlock Color of Giggles

Token 40 - lolharp5000 ()
Pass Lawn Wake 4 with boos, misses, and averages all being within 5 of each other to unlock lolharp5000

Token 24 - Syage ()
Get a combo of 600 or higher on Piano Etude to unlock Syage.

Token 53 - ViennaCore ()
Get between 995 and 1005 combined perfects and goods on Classical Insanity with 0 misses and 2 or less averages and boos combined to unlock ViennaCore


Token 98 - Disconnected Hardkore ()
Pass Hardkore Atomic with 900+ combo and 20 or less boos to unlock Disconnected Hardkore

Hmmm, I played all the songs in the row to try and unlock Eternus (Bicycle Break -> Troglodytic Epica -> Song of the Nihojens -> and then Max Forever) I wasn't ready for Troglodytic Epica, when I started, because my phone range. I restarted that stage, and went on to do the others, but at the end of Max Forever I didn't get the token. Does restarting a stage, even if it is the same stage mean that you have to redo the whole set over?

(on another note, it's embarrassing to say that as long as I have played this game, I cannot do those trills well in Max forever, especially the ones that involve two fingers on different hands, like left right left right etc etc. What usually happens is that instead of me tapping the left and then the right, both my fingers want to hit simultaneously, but they aren't jumps, so I usually break the combo from that, any advice?)

Yes, restarting a song makes you not get the token

Has to be one attempt on each and you must pass them on that first attempt, one after the other.

When I went for it I got distracted during Max Forever and have yet to go back and do it.

For future reference, start at the FFR homepage and highlight "FFR the Game." Click on "Normal Tokens." If you want to know how many people have unlocked a skill token, do the same thing except click on "Skill Tokens" instead.
