Keyboard help

I recently got a new keyboard. It's a logitech wireless VX 300. Is it faster to plug the receiver into the USB port or the PS/2 ports? It's USB 2.0. Thanks.

yes...even on some of the really good wireless keyboards theres some kind of interferrence or it wont respond for some reason...me and my friends all have seprate wired keyboards just for FFR purposes. we even have them decorated >.<

Wireless lags, it simply isn't suited for FFR/SM. You will always perform better on Wired vs Wireless.

Ha, I've recently changed from a wireless to a wired, and it's like 'whoa, I can actually hit jacks'. To illustrate, the first time I played Get Ready 2 Rokk with this keyboard I effectively FCed it (only missed the first 5 arrows because I didn't get into position quickly enough) after not getting a combo of more than around 300 on any of maybe a dozen attempts on a wireless keyboard, with a better computer. I've improved my rank on just about every difficult song too.

I strongly advise anyone using a wireless to change.

I only ever have problems with my mouse, never my keyboard..

As a general rule, anything by Logitech or Dell is good for FFR.

But it's wireless. I found out pretty quickly after buying my new keyboard that wireless absolutely sucks. I can't even FC most easy songs with it.

Yeah, my wireless was a Dell, and that certainly sucked.
