So the mods list in the game confuses me. Why are almost all of the mods greyed out?

(I didn't put this in the newbie forum because a) despite my number of posts and all that, I pretty sure I'm not a newb and b) I don't know if it's something like they're partway implemented or something like that that renders this post non-newbish.)

As far as I know, this is still a Beta, so it's not "complete" yet.

The remainder of the mods most likely won't appear until at least 3rd Style. I don't really think it's a priority compared to some other things though.
