I have most of the bpm changes done, I could've finished it a long long time ago, I've just been lazy about it.

I decided to not do a "super hard, volkov fails this, hyro hates this, someone else's neighbor claims to AAA this" type of simfile and instead I'm doing it "bmr style" and catering toward the intermediate player.
