Double setup is using both the numpad and the arrow keys at the same time to play...or any eight keys on the keyboard, for that matter.
To clarify, more than double is not ok because it requires the use of an external program or source. Also, mapping a key to more than one arrow is still definitely cheating.

What combination of keys you use should be up to you. At least that is my opinion. Also, if people think I am wrong on this, lets discuss it. Sometimes I don't fully understand the dynamics.
My only problem with it being cheating is that it's a default, game-given setup (numpad + arrow keys), and that it's nearly impossible to detect.
Oh, and you could theoretically do the same thing on one key, although it's very hard to get that to actually register correctly. IMO, it'd be absolutely ridiculous to call THAT cheating.
Kotarou: no. it's impossible to avoid a miss on the 8 glitched arrows, period, as far as I know.
It should definately be considiered cheating. Having eight fingers on eight seperate keys gives an unfair advantage considering that you can respond twice as quickly if you have two keys representing one arrow.
