Can't Connect?

I don't think this goes under bug reports so I'm posting this here


For the past 2 days I have been unable to connect to chat...It attempts to but its just shows up as "Can't connect" and the MP window becomes unclickable...also i have noticed this happends at lybaries aswell. Can somone spread some light on this issue please?

the topic's been brought up quite a few times, when it happens to me i just keep refreshing the page until it works (in most cases it does)
