Left middle finger on left arrow;
Left index on up arrow;
Right index on down arrow;
Right middle finger on right arrow;

A picture would be alot easier.
But that's just me.
And there is also spread which is a little similar.

I think your style of playing needs to come from what you started from. It's really hard to break habits such as your way of playing.

Not really. I just started playing spread, and I've noticed my play steadily improving since I converted from one hand.

I play index, and use 2 hands, so yes.

There are lots of different two handed styles. If they feel too wierd, then play whatever you're most comfortable with.

That's sort of what I meant earlier. I played with one hand for about a year and a half, and tried to play two-handed for a little while.......
