We played FotB, started same time, he's still going even now.
Spoke to him after he finished, he says it's 'cause he has a "slow computer", which I think would make him lag, not slow the game down. See SS.

Actually it is possible for the song to play slower (arrows go slower etc), anything from a slow computer to your browser can do this.

Also, that score is obviously not hacked, I mean look at it, it's horrible.

It's actually really hard to play with it slowed down. It randomly speeds up and slows down and crap. See Party4u for a legal example.

When I play on FF on a slower computer that happens every once in a while, especially on stuff with backgrounds.

It's usually noobs who hack, because they don't have the skill to play harder songs otherwise. And it still takes SOME skill to slowhack... it won't make you AAA everything automatically. Go check his MP games. A good number of his opponents quit, likely due to waiting forever for him to finish.
103 combo on FotB (And this was mid-game too), with very few boos, from someone who doesn't seem able to play, complains about a slow computer, and all?

There can be a time offset of about 15 seconds or so, tops, where you start later than them, but you will from there on in, go at the same rate as them.

This is hacking, because he started at the same time, but is hitting arrows WAY too slow (And taking far too long) to finish.

And that's perfectly normal. However, this guy was hitting arrows fairly slowly.

Starting at a later time is excusable, and perfectly fair, however on FotB, I'm making an educated guess that you hit arrows at about 10ish notes per second. This guy was getting a hit or miss about 3 per second.

That happens to me sometimes. If your internet connection isn't fast enough, and you start playing the song when it's really not completely loaded (even though it says it is), it'll slow down the arrows a few seconds into the game. Thing is, the music stops, and the arrows slow down and speed up (though not by much) randomly, like Dore said.

While at school, songs will play extremely slowly, doubling or tripling the length of the song. It's possible that he's hacking, or it's possible that he's just got a really slow connection.
