Credit Transferring

I was trying to transfer 4k credits to one of my files to the other. I logged on both names, and it worked. However, all of my credits went to the file I didn't want them to go to, and so I pressed transfer again. I have the 4k credits back, but the 10k I had on my other file has disappeared.

what are the 2 usernames... and can you describe the problem in slightly more detail? it is extremely confusing to me as to what happened...

do this, and i'll likely be able to fix the situation.

That happens a lot. I lost 2 million credits through a file transfer once... it sucked.

Okay. I was given 4,000 credits by someone I was playing with in the lobby to play a secret. Once we were done, I opened a new tab in Firefox and logged off of my other account, but in the other tab I was still logged onto it. I entered my main name, and went to the FFR shop. Going to the other tab, I transferred the 4000 to my main, which would've made 14,000. However, for some strange reason it only made 11,000, but it was on both files. I thought I was going nuts. I transferred 11,000 from my alternate to my main, and then both funds on both files disappeared. Comcast then decided to cop out on me, so I restarted my modem, then went out shopping. I'm back now, and I've got the original 4,023 on my alternative, and my 10,000 something on my main has just.. Disappeared. D:

ok... i STILL can't do anything about it because you didn't tell me the username of your main account and of the alternate account.

AND, honestly, this IS your fault... you can't be logged into 2 different usernames on the same browser. it won't work for ANYTHING web-based. your cookies will only remember the most recently logged into account. you'd have had to log into 1 in FF and the other in IE for it to have worked.

so, yea. lemme know the 2 account names. then i can look at the credit counts on them, and verify your story... and then get you your credits back to what they were.

well, another add to this, is that like Tass says, cookies are for most recent, and again, by Tass, FF and IE would have worked IF they dont share cookies, which my school computer labs do, so this has happened to my peers. Another thing with credits is that you can transfer less than what the receivee gets, so says my observations, but apparently not in your case...
