    Arm exercises?

Ok, now I've got the hand eye coordination part of FFR down. The problem is that when I'm doing songs like Secret Zombie Room, my tricep muscles freeze up and I can't move my fingers well. If this didn't occur, I would be considerably better at this game. Anyone else have this problem? Do you know some ways I can stretch/exercise my arm to make it stop freezing? ~Thanks

That's more of a concentration thing. Every once in a while I forget what I'm doing and just stop moving. I then restart and get a good score.

Enough practice generally rids all muscle pains, though, if that's the issue.

My forearm muscles hurted for like a day after I played for around 10 hours straight in the summer. After a while, I just got used to it though. My arms never hurt anymore.

I've never had this problem in FFR, but I have it playing violin all the time. Maybe this is similar, so my advice is to relax your shoulders and everything.

Thanks for the advice people. And thank you windscarred faith, it's good to know I'm not the only one who plays FFR to the brink of carpal tunnel.

I have this problem all the time. I have 2 hints:
            1. Make an average warm up song. Mine is the one your having trouble with (Secret Zombie Room) lol. Try and fine one that relaxes but gets your fingers moving. For you a good one may be... Alpha Helix.
            2. Dont put your arm on the seat of the chair. I don't really know why but this (at least for me) is half the reason that gives me that pain.

Stretch your tricep muscles as well.

I've never had that problem and I only use one hand. Just do normal arm stretches.

I think you just need to play a little more and get your body use to it.
