Question about AAAing stuff

A day or two ago I decided to try and AAA some stuff.
So I AAA'd Mario like 2 days ago and on my level rank page it says rank 2. It stayed at rank 1 for about a day then went to 2. I thought it would always stay at rank 1, is this normal?

Someone might have hit a secret arrow and AAA'd which would cause other's AAA's to be a rank 2. If there is a score at the top of the high score list that is different, then that's why and it will be deleted. If it isn't that, then I don't know what's wrong.

Edit: There's a score that is way off the charts for that song.

It happens very often because people cheat or hit a secret arrow. Scores like that happen all the time and they get corrected often. Don't worry, you still have rank 1 on it and it will be fixed in no time.

How the hell do you hit a secret arrow? Unless a MOD replies to this and says its true I would say someone probobly just hacked into the scoring system.

I've hit secret arrows by accident before but i can't AAA ANYTHING so it doesnt really matter, I have only seen it at the beginning before the arrows come up just press some directions and it might randomly say perfect.

In the future, there's no need to post about it, or PM anyone.
Tasselfoot regularly deletes these scores every few days.

secret arrows exist.... just don't hit them. if you hit one by accident, just boo out of the game and start over.

Are they glitches or do the stepfilers actually put them in? I dont really see how it could be a glitch but then again why would someone put them in on purpose?

That, and many people hack too. If you AAA and then see one of your scores go to rank 2, ignore it. An admin will catch it very soon. It's hardly even worth reporting anymore.

Is there a penalty for a player who does a secret arrow highscore? I'm not saying I would try it, but just wondering.
