How do you get those pics under your profile name?

they are called avatars, what you do is click "User Profile" on the upper left of the forum, (next to "Register")
once there, on the left side click "Edit Avatar"
in here you can either put the URL of a picture from the internet, or you can click "Browse" and look through your computer for the file that you want to be your avatar (as long as it is 200x200 pixels)
