What does it take to be a moderator? Do you have to like be good and stuff? I'm just the perfect person, but I haven't been asked yet. Anyone got any good ideas?

Rule #1 about becoming a staff member... DON'T ask to become a staff member.
Beyond that, others have tried and failed from making similar threads... I've given more completely answers in those threads. I don't feel like retyping it all up again... SO... you can use your awesome and leet skillz to search for those older threads and read what was said in them.
