Under forum options, hit the button that says UserCP. From there on the left side, hit the Send New Personal Message. then just type in the username of the admin you need to talk to and fill in the subject and message field. The menu buttions probably aren't word for word so you might have to look around a bit.

likely this is related to the site issues that i'm sure you're aware of... with the domain being renewed. as such, i'd recommend a few steps:

a) clear your cache and try again
b) try a different browser
c) wait 24 to 48 hours, when this issue will be resolved...

hopefully one of those will fix your problem.

also, in the future, you can post something like this in the ffr bugreport forum. you don't need to ask me privately.
