It's off the site for now.. Someone who refuses to be identified in any way because they are probably not telling the truth, said that the last remaining member of banya wants new permission from him to use the song.

Now, we had asked permission nearly 3 years ago but if there is any doubt, I would rather do the right thing. It was brought to my attention by TD_Dignity, who also mentioned words like "sue" and "C & D".. So if you have any questions or complaints, ask him.
