Theres this songs on my List that i cant find, and there tearing apart my average rank. It's called Beethoven Virus, and i cant find it anywhere??

It's off the site for now.. Someone who refuses to be identified in any way because they are probably not telling the truth, said that the last remaining member of banya wants new permission from him to use the song.

Now, we had asked permission nearly 3 years ago but if there is any doubt, I would rather do the right thing. It was brought to my attention by TD_Dignity, who also mentioned words like "sue" and "C & D".. So if you have any questions or complaints, ask him.

Frankly... I think we have permission. But as we're not 100% sure that we have permission to use the song, it is currently not in the game. At the point in which we know with 100% certainly, it'll go back into the game.

99.999% likely that B-Virus will be permanently removed. not 100%, but pretty damn close.
