I have played DDR with the controller (On the playstation) and I am a lot better with the controller than my small arrow keys on my laptop. Maybe it is just because my fingers rub due to the small space of the arrow keys, but I think I would do better with a controller.

The controller space is even smaller than your keyboard space. And FFR doesn't support controllers.

I'm sure you could do it with autohotkey, although I've never done it myself.

Is there maybe a site out there that sells comtrolers compatable with this game.

any USB controller can work with FFR. you just need to use a program like AutoHotKey to re-assign the FFR Keys to those of your controller.
