I know the traditional definition of "doubles setup" where someone uses multiple keys for the same direction so that jacks become trills and trills beome rolls. However, I want clarification on two situations that have came to mind.
1. Is using multiple fingers on the same key considered cheating? For example, on the ending of AIM Anthem, where it is just straight jacks with no jumps in them, if I were to use the arrow keys but use both my left hand and right hand to hit the same button on my keyboard and turn it into a trill, would that be cheating (though for me the point is moot because I can't combo that far)?
2. Is using more than 4 keys cheating, as long as they are not used in the same pattern? Say I wanted to switch from spread to index (from qw89 to the arrow keys) in the middle of a song, would that be considered cheating, and in the same way, would hotkeying more than 4 keys but never using more than 4 at a time be cheating?
