I play FFR with one hand, and a friend of mine says he doesn't know anyone else who does. Anyone out there also play with one hand?

Yes, but playing one-handed is not nearly as dominant as two-handed spread. The majority of top players use the latter, whereas only a select few use the former.

i use 1 hand for easy thru standard, everything else i use 2 hands

and has been for three years... we even tried to settle the debate once with a poll. but that did nothing.

in case you were wondering (@ topic creator), the majority of people play one-handed. The majority of the good people use two. Two is easier than one.

I play two handed most of the time, but for some songs like Hungarian Dance #5, Maple Leaf Rag, and more of the songs with loads of air/jumps, I play one-handed, because I seem to be better at doubles when I use only one hand. *Shrugs* I only switched to 2-handed play a week or so ago though.
