It's simple, you send an e-mail to their business office. Wait for a response. Most of the time, big companies don't care about their music that much. You'll get redirected to the person who made the song. They'll be like "Omgooses! Someone actually wants to use the music from the video game beyond the video game!!" and then they'll send you the rights, plus some other weird crap that looks really colorful with funny looking animals because that's what japanese people do.

And secondly... it's Square-Enix, not Squaresoft
