Problem: adding to buddies

hey i got a problem that i cant solve, i cant add some people to buddies, why?. Becouse when ure supposed to add a friend to buddy list then u go to that perssons profile and theres a button u press "Add to buddies" but on some profiles there are none, how do i solve that problem or can anyone tell me how it works, thank you!

You can add them from the forums if you see a post of theirs (by clicking their name on the post).

Alternatively, it can be done in the User CP. From there, you go to Buddy / Ignore Lists. From there, just type in the name of the user you wish to add to your buddy list (in the proper box, of course), and click on the "save list" button.

The Add To buddies Button will not be there unless the person has edited their information.
