OK, brianpage and I were bored one night, and didn't exactly want to play FFR, and Spin It Up didn't work on the computer that we where on. So we get on the subject about various people we played, and if they where really crap, legit, ect.. So we just go over to the top 50 of MP and start looking at names, and then we look at one's scores, and wow, you gotta be jk, seriously, this first person MUST have been bribing or hacking to get their MP up. We found like 3 pages worth of just one same opponent, and other good people, them having very low scores, yet other good legit players they faced were not giving in to it. And we wrote that one down, and on to the next we went. Now this one was more jk than the last, yet, having seemingly more legit then the last. This one's was random, major random scores, and having crap opponents, mostly. Wrote it down and on we go, and brainpage remembered the next one we went to was crap, and shouldn't even be close to the score at what he played at. We looked and saw 2 people being repeated, but the scores where not negative, yet looking legit. Going into the stats for maybe the 100th-200th time of the day, we found that this one was just simply tossing up numbers, and beating him at the same time. We thought this was clever, and no coincidence that this is just some random person just want to play till they beat him once. More were found, and others definitly not legit for different reasons, so be forewarned, there are people who are not really legit on the top 50.
brianpage and I really feel that this is a major problem, and look at MP history weekly, but finally desided to actually tell about this (mainly here because of other people will see and that report user link doesn't seem very convincing, and someone could just want revenge on the guy). Now I know that Shash, Kit-, and Scottish are MP mods, but Shash is much too busy to go look at the actual scores, to figure out if this person is legit, or this one is boosting, or whatever. Kit and Scott are new, but truth be told, there needs to be more coverage, seriously. brianpage and I are experienced, in our perspective, as we predict each good or combo etc., we usually get it right on or one off, and are quick to find and prove patterns and relations. Shash, Tass, you guys may have made a couple of mods, but there needs to be more, 4 mods can't possibly cover chat, scores, mediation, and so on. I know that there are more mods, but actively?!, 4 is what I see, and the majority will agree, even for me, I usually see just one of you guys on, and more of the time none!, and the chat gets whored up. S&T, you know that this is a problem, as you guys have been resetting people, but we have seen more and have the experience to help you guys out. You guys can't keep ignoring this fact,
so, what is it going to be?
