Troubles with MP

So lately, whenever I try to get into MP it always says that it can't connect. I have to refresh the site about 15 for it to allow me to get on. I've tried clearing my history, deleting temporary internet files, restarting my comp. Can anyone help?

has to do with being able to connect to the server. for whatever reason you're having trouble connecting to the server.

any changes recently to your network or firewall settings?

Nope I also tried repairing my network to see if that did any good still doesn't work. My privacy setting under internet properties is at medium and I have a pop-up blocker but that's never stopped me before......thoughts?
