I'm sure other people do it different, but I just hit the key when I have to, quickly and forcefully.

how do you get perfects? hit the arrows when they match up within the perfect window.

and for most songs, this goes together with the music... so, for most songs, hit the arrows in time with the music to get perfects.

          simple as that.

Ask god to let you have more perfects, then he will ask me and I will say yes or no. LET IT BE DONE!

Keep your keytaps steady and with the music. When I play, I just kind of zone out and let the keytaps blend in. On offsync songs, I have to turn off the music, focus a little harder, and keep the beat myself.
