    Tip for slowdown

I'm a newbie here (100 games played since 2003-05-13, 235 credits), so this may have been mentioned before. On my machine there is a little bit of slowdown, and you cannot directly change the movie quality to Low as it is embedded into the HTML. I use a PIII 450 with 384Mb RAM and a 3d Prophet 4500, and the slowdown can affect my performance. Disaster!

However, there is a way to get around this. If you simply go to http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/ffr.swf, you will be able to right click and change the movie quality to Low. I have found that this has affected performance for the better, as it runs smoother than usual. Running the SWF separately from the main page does not affect your status or credits either!

I hope this has helped, or at least brought the matter to the attention of the guys at FFR HQ.

Good point: Today, I went to ffr.swf, set the quality to low, resized my window, and got to the end of Contradistinction for the first time!

or you could not use such a shi[b][/[b]tty computer

Ok, whatever. Low quality on the actual thing does the same thing as right clicking in the SWF. And the SWF runs slower for me.
