Help me please!

OKay, so if this isn't the right place, just say so, otherwise, I really need some help. So here's the deal: I'm in the "Realtime Chat" area, chatting away, when my connection to the internet suddenly does the disappearing act, while I'm in the chat room mind you. Now, it says to me, in the chat thing that "I have been disconnected" or something, so I reconnect, and continue chatting (this is all the while I'm IN the chat room). I go visit another site, come back to the chat room, it starts to load, but then I get this message "You are already logged in".

I know I have the "Remember me" thing checked for when I login to the actual site, but this is just confusing me.

wait a couple of minutes or reset your machine

Go to "Control Panel", then Go to "Internet Options", then click "Clear History", "Delete Cookies", and "Delete Files".

I bet both of these ways will work. My way is a little more drastic though, so try his first.
