I always figured that 3rd Style would keep the constant scroll rate that R1 is so well known for.

Meaning that 2x in 3rd Style would be like C600 in SM. I don't see how FFR could be FFR without the constant scroll rate. Having variable scroll rates is lame.

I like speed mods on Stepmaina but they might dort of ruin the game in my opinon. The great thing about FFR is that every1 plays the same song at the same speed with the same steps (weither they go different ways dosent matter). If you introduce speed mods i cant help but thinking that the game will be unfair or uneven to the more experienced players.

Or am I just stupid? ........

Speed mods do not help me improve on beat style games. The introduction of them is just going to make my average rank go above 500. Maybe 1000.

FFR is gonna suck.

Most people that play SM want speed mods, including me. Implementing them is not gonna suck just because they don't help you.

And IIRC somebody said awhile ago 3rd style was supposed to be released sometime in late april this year.

I play SM and really enjoy it. I just think that it may be anti-competitive in FFR.

I dont know maybe if every can use them then it might be fair but I can still see people arguing over what speed songs should be played and it might be annoying for MP.

Hopefully Synth knows what hes doing....
