You have to first upload the picture if it's on your computer though.

If the picture is already on a website, find the location of that picture, copy it, and then put

[ img]insert picture location[ /img]

. Type the img's in without the space though. If the picture is only on your computer, go to www.imageshack.us and upload the pic there. Take the direct link from there, and do the same thing that you would if you had taken it from a website, as I explained up there.
