Ive been playing with two hands for a bit now and im pretty good, but i want a challenge. So im going to start one-handing, but i need suggestions on what songs i should do to work on it...that and tips on how to making playing better.

If you're doing 2 hands, I suggest you continue using 2 hands. If FFR has gotten too easy for you, then start playing Stepmania. There are plenty of songs that are difficult enough.
