you have to clear your cache, there are many FAQs on how to do so...

Go to Tools,Internet Options,then delete temp files.

close the page,open a new one,log back on and BOOM!

I've noticed that when I hit "Try Again" before the score scrolling (the ding-ding-ding sound effect while it registers your score) and immediately (like within the next couple seconds) go to a new song and click it four or five times, I almost always get sent to the FBI website.

This is, of course, easily solved by letting the score scrolling finish and taking my time picking a new song, but when I did badly on a song the last thing I want is to wait 10 seconds while it dings off my bad score.

My god it's insane.
From now on I'm calling the different ways TEMPLATES.

The left and right templates give you more room than the up and down templates, so the arrows go across the screen faster and therefore are further apart.
