I'm left handed, and my right hand is only somewhat retarded.
I can't really help because I played right hand three fingers when I started, but just keep practising, and if you want to really hardcore practise, make a simfile of 8484848484848484848484 and 42424242424242424242 and 46464646464646464646 for any song, then just turn down your sound and play it. For spread the hardest pattern to hit (for you) will be 424242 because its solo left hand, and it might feel awkward at first but just keep practising.

I'm pretty sure every non-ambidextrous spread player is noticeably worse with one hand and better with the other. But as you practice you'll get better with both hands.

Play songs with lots of 42 trills.
